Tyson Properties was established in August 2005 by seasoned real estate expert Chris Tyson and businessman Gavin Cunningham. Born from a vision to create a sophisticated real estate environment, our initial focus was on providing exceptional service to both clients and the industry’s leading agents from our base in Morningside, Durban. Since then, we have expanded significantly, now operating with over 420 agents and employees across more than 26 offices in Gauteng, the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and our home province of KwaZulu-Natal.
